The worst service experience I have ever had.
Finding a place to pick up the vehicle was problematic. It was at minus 4 floor in the underground parking lot of the airport, with no convenient or visible signs.
The vehicle we received began to make strange noises when changing gear after about 10 km of driving.
After inquiring in front of a head office and according to their instruction we went back to the same delivery point to get another vehicle.
That means the vehicle we received was not inspected at all prior to delivery by the company staff.
We received the other vehicle only after about two hours of waiting.
Our trip, which included three adults and three children aged 9 to 12, and 6 large suitcases, started with a delay of over 3 hours, which required us to make last minute changes in our plans, without any compensation or even regret for the mental anguish caused by Top Rent A Car.
The company's representative gave us a discount card for refueling at several gas stations, claiming that we would receive a discount of about 10%. This too turned out to be incorrect. We received a 1.5% discount.
At the end of the trip, when we returned the vehicle, the company representative claimed that the vehicle was too dirty (it was few crumbs from the children's snack eaten on the trip) and that we had to pay an astronomical sum of 70 euros as a fine on the condition of the vehicle or independently wash the vehicle. Of course, the second option was not relevant to us because we worried about boarding time.
It is important to note that at no point was the issue of car cleaning emphasized as part of the rental conditions. What’s more, it turns out that to read about the issue in the lease, we had to guess that one had to scan a QR code and then get access to a document containing the relevant details.
In conclusion, Top Rent A Car, as the largest car rental company in Bulgaria, has proven to be a cheap company, which does not respect its customers, hides important details about financial fines and causes heartache instead of pleasant experiences for the country's tourists.
My recommendation is choose the services of any other companies, but if you really have to choose this company - read the contract well.

we have renterd a car from you in Bulgaria/sophia between the dates 18/05-22-05
When we came to pick up the vehicle from the rental company we met there it Mr miroslav we were warmly received by him. miroslav showed us the defects on a a piece of paper but did not show it physically on the vehicle, then I checked around the vehicle and not under the vehicle because it is not possible to inspect the vehicle below at the time of delivery. During the rental days we drove only on paved roads and therefore such damage at the bottom of the vehicle cannot be . When returning the vehicle we turned to Svetoslav who was impatient with us from the first moment he immediately opened the flashlight of his phone and went straghit to one place in the car it looked like he knew where to go and planned the whole scam. Svetoslav told us to park the car in the company parking lot in reverse and he stood on the driver's side and not on the side he saw the scratch he claimed while driving he saw the scratch and it is not possible because he was standing on the other side. Svetoslav insisted we need to pay 230 euros. We left the rental car company with a very bad notice and we felt that he cheated us and he was not honest with us and from the begining even without seeing the car he wanted to charge us money we feel like that was a scam it looks like that Mr Miroslav didn’t Felt comfortable with that situation because he saw what Svetoslav did to us and he was so embaressed he went away
It is important to know that we travel all over the world and rent cars in every destination and we have never encountered such an accusation and such a form of contempt.
* As a technical person the front of the vehicle is lower than the point of scratch so how can the front of the vehicle not be damaged?

I didn't get my deposit back due to a tiny scratch that I didn't make.

he did not return my deposit because he found tiny scratch on the bottom of the bumper that can't be seen unless you sit down on the ground. I have been using rent a car for many years, but this is the first time that I have encountered such a check.

I ordered a 2008 Peugeot with a navigator, but since there was no Peugeot, I was offered a t-rock with a navigator, I agreed. when I got the car, the navigator did not work, and the GPS that they gave me did not work either. it's a pity I ordered a car from you 4 times.

We came to return the car before our flight back, so we were in a rush. Igor looked over and checked for small things in a humiliating way. He blamed us for scratches and stuff we definently did not cause. We couldn't argue since we were in a rush to catch our flight but I very much hope you will reconsider these charges. We wanted to recommend you guys to others but because of him we probably will not.

We need to wait 2 hrs to get the car. No place to sit and wait for old people. Car was very dirty. Bad smell. Bad condition.
