Mrs Anna approach was not "customer care" kind. She, after controlling the car, was insisting to apply 50€ penalty due to the presence of the sands in the internal of the car in her opinion. After she changed opinion, after that we demonstrate her that the car was in very good conditions. Honestly for a loyal customer like me (I have rented 3 times the car with Toprentcar and LLC only this summer) this situation was absurd and without any base of reasons, and put me in a difficult situation to have a claim with your company. Fortunately at the end this was clarified in a not nice and friendly atmosphere.
При връщане на автомобила на Велин, от него не ми беше даден документ удостоверяващ, че автомобилът в бил върнат и съответно опоменаващ датата и причината за връщането. Моля копие от този документ да ми бъде изпратен по имейл на адрес: firstname.lastname@example.org
