Waiting time of more than 40 minutes upon return. Drop off counter was blocked by taking new rentals. Never had that at any other car rental company. Normally, staff is at the return parking lot, taking the keys, checking the car, signature, ready to go. 2 minutes. Not the fault of your staff member, but organized very poorly by the company.

Good Things First: Hyusein ist very nice! Collecting and bringing the Car ist great!
I Chose Bad because it is way to expensive. For one week Opel Corsa 600 Euro. WTF? AND: You "need" a real Credit Card and don't accept Visa Debit. Only to sell another full insurance. Debit Cards have the exact same features like normal ones.

Schlechter Übergabe und absolut überzogene Rückgabe.

Schlechter Service. Das Fahrzeug wurde nicht gezeigt und man wurde auch nicht eingewiesen. Der Schlüssel wurde mir mit dem Hinweis gegeben, gehen Sie auf den Parkplatz und drücke die Fernbedienung, dann siehst du welches Fahrzeug es ist. Insbesondere auf schon vorhandene Schäden gab es keinen Check und keine Übergabe. Auch wenn es in der Nacht war, sollten die Abläufe sauber sein. Das einzige was positiv was, der ganze Vorgang ging sehr schnell..
Bei der Rückgabe wurde ein Mangel an der Radkappe festgestellt der schon vorhanden war. Nur wie schon beschrieben aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Übergabe ohne Check bei Erhalt des Fahrzeuges konnte ich keinen der Mitarbeiter überzeugen das der Kratzer schon vorher vorhanden war. Es wurden die 100 Eur und 40 Eur Administrativer Aufwand berechnet. Die Berechnung völlig überzogen, da eine Radkappe.nicht mehr als 10-20 Eur kostet. Unglaublich...Erstaunlich auch das sich bei Rückgabe 4 Mitarbeiter damit beschäftigt haben, bei dem Erhalt des Fahrzeugs nicht mal ein Mitarbeiter richtig.

Car return is just a stupid procedure.
Please inspire yourself on international markets.
For a non Bulgarian... taff to figure out how bring the car back. After finding the parking... there is nobody to take the car over... no indicator to tell you bring the key to the desk where you got it.
Then the guy has to check the car so please wait........
250 euro for a shitty mokka. At least bring the service up when not the cars.

Pick up went clean. Just left another dumb rental and asked the guy if he has a car and he did... so all good.

The tyre was instantly damaged after my first stop after 5 minutes of driving. Not only did that cause me stress and I had a flat after a few days but also you still haven’t returned my deposit. It’s beyond bad service. Didn’t expect that from you.

He is very nice and super helpful but as I said, I told you guys on the phone that the system fault notification was there from the beginning and still he made me sign to keep my deposit. I think he is very polite and great but the communication within your company sucks.

The infrastructure for electric charging in sofia is bad! If a car can not be returned with a full battery, there shouldn‘t be any additional fee!!!
If Top rent a Car wants to support electric driving and fight against climate change, such a fee should not exist!
Also the additional insurance is way to expensive!

The location off-site is terrible and requires additional time. I don't think i will rent again as long as this location is used.
The car was late (we had to wait for it), it was not cleaned properly and the windschield wiper system was not functional because it did not spray water, even after I refilled it. Staff seemed overworked. Shuttle service was good. Considering the price I paid, the overall experience was bad.
Longest rental car drop-off ever, because only one person was there to do all the work and there were 3 parties before me.

The electric car was almost brand new and technically OK. The problem was driving an electric only (no hybrid) car in a country with a very very low coverage of charging points made the trip almost a nightmare. Travelling with the fear of staying in the middle of nowhere withought energy and the frustration of mostly very slow charging points or not functioniong ones, coupled with sometimes weak internet coverage, will prevent me for years to come from using this actually politically correct and environmentally clean way of transport, at least in a place like Bulgaria. Hopefully the infrastructure in the country improves soon. The batteries of the cars will surely have more potency in the future, I am sure. A pioneer experience I would not like to repeat.
