Car was good but the staff were rude, unpleasent, rolled their eyes, didn't understand my questions and even blame me in their late. Plamen was the only kind person, so this review is not about him.

В этот раз очень плохо.
Процесс получения автомобиля стал более долгим, так как площадка получения авто переместился из аэропорта. Теперь до нее нужно добираться на шаттле, превраительно ожидая, пока наберется необходимое количество получателей машины.
По сравнению с прошлыми годами непропорционально увеличилась сумма залога, и возросли цены за автомобили, но при этом ухудшились условия аренды автомобиля ( при мне пытались сдать в аренду туристу автомобиль с дефектами багажника после аварии). А от меня потребовали вернуть машину помытой. Такого раньше не было никогда. Приезжающий в страну турист не думает о том, чтобы помыть машину. Особенно если возврат автомобиля назначен на 3 часа ночи. Я вернул машину чистой и внутри и снаружи, но на ковриках в салоне было немного песка. Песок я смыл самостоятельно, но на ковриках остались следы: так как накануне несколько дней шли дожди, невозможно сесть в машину в идеально чистой обуви. За эти следы мне назначили штраф в 73 болгарских лева (36.5 евро). при этом согласно проверке цен в Интернете средняя цена полной автомойки - наружной и внутренней - составляет в Варне 10-15 болгарских левов (7.5 евро). Думаю, что компания в худшем случае платит за мойку машин не розничную цену, а в идеале - имеет свою автомойку.
Если есть возможность выбрать другую компанию по разумным ценам - рассмотрите этот вариант.

This time, it's really bad.
The car pickup process has become longer since the pickup area has moved from the airport. Now you have to take a shuttle, waiting agonizingly for the required number of people to pick up the car.
Compared to previous years, the deposit amount has increased disproportionately, and car prices have gone up, while the rental conditions have worsened (I witnessed company try to rent a car with a damaged trunk after an accident to a non-speaked English tourist). And they demanded that I return the car washed. This has never happened before. A tourist arriving in the country doesn't think about washing the car, especially if the return is scheduled for 3:00 AM. I returned the car clean, inside and out, but there was a bit of sand on the floor mats. I washed the sand off myself, but there were marks on the mats: since it had rained for several days the day before, it was impossible to get into the car with perfectly clean shoes. For these marks, I was fined 73 BGN (36.5€). Moreover, according to an online price check, the average price for a full car wash—exterior and interior—in Varna is 10-15 BGN (7.5 €). I think the company, in the worst case, doesn't pay retail prices for car washes, and ideally, it has its own car wash.
I don't recommend this company.

To take the car it took more then 2 hour . 1 hour to transfer from air port and more then 1 hour waiting for the support.
And the we receive a car with summer tires so we had a flat tire and spent more then 4 hour of vacation waiting for the car .
And we had to pay 30 euro and no compensation for the lost time.

Hello. You write that the car brand is guaranteed when ordering. I ordered a Renault Clio V automatic . But I received a car with advertisement - Branded Renault Clio V automatic.
I have no problems driving such a car. But it's no good that you didn't tell me. And when I ordered it on the website, there was a difference in price. Branded Renault Clio V automatic it was cheaper.

I reurn the car on time fuel full. How ever they claim I had to clean the car and charged me with 70 Euro! for it.
I reserved from you several time in the past and never cleaned the car ( it was a bit dirty inside) as I had a flight I can't argue with your guy there neither take it for cleaning. Of course if i was aware that i had to clean the car I would do it in advance and the cost was maybe 5 euro. I kindly ask to return the money back! By the way your pick up guy showed me only your ruler for damages (and I had full insurance) he didn't mentioned cleaning!

Rude and blackmail me for cleanung. I had no choice as had flight to catch. BTW I took the car 18:00 and return 10:30 so you got few more hours paid for by me ( I could return 18:00)

We returned the car two hours late due to a flight delay and were required to pay an additional rental day + a financial penalty. Under no circumstances did the clerk agree to help. I don't know if I will fly with your company again.
