The pick up was great, the car fuel was full tank and the service was great.
On the return there was no one at the pickup desk at 3:00, I had to exit the airport to the rental office which was closed, then I called the service who told me that the representative will be waiting in the arrival hall, I returned again and only then he showed up.
The return service is unclear.

Everything was very good with your service at the point of returning the car. But looking back at the guidance when we got it there was one explanation missing: how to ppen the rear door of the baggage. Hope you will improve it for your next clients.

Hello, On July 21-28, we rented a car through them in Sofia in Bulgaria, we returned the car as planned in Varna in Bulgaria. When receiving the vehicle we were charged a deposit of 567 BGN, when returning the vehicle we were told that we would see the credit as soon as possible. A month has already passed and we have not yet seen the credit and we have not received the money back. We ask for your urgent care. Thanks

Добрый день!!
Спасибо за сервис.
Единственно, перевод главного офиса из терминала,сделало возможность аренды не очень удобной.
При получении,нам сказали,что сдавать нужно в гласном офисе.При обратной дороге,у нас произошел сбой на карте и мы не могли найти новый офис..Пришлось ехать к терминалу искать Шатл,благо девушка объяснила,что слать можно на прежнем паркинге на -4.
Немного нервничали,но всё обошлось.
И,при получении машины,бак нашей оказался не полным.Обращайте внимание ваших клиентов на то,что бак должен быть полным.
До скорой встречи и новых заказов! Спасибо!

Service can be better. It was ok. On arrival the transfer driver did not take all of the family to the office. They needed to wait until I get the car and came back. Not good with small kids.

Danie is good. But the service needs to be faster. Too long for all the paper work.
Valentino was ok. We almost missed our flight because of the service. The drop off was confirmed at 07:00 we arrived at 07:15 noone was there. It took time and phone calls until Valentino came. Then he checked the car, charged 30 Euros for the gum on the seat!!! It was never said that the car needs to be clean at the drop off. Looked like he did it because he knew that we are late for the flight and will not argue. Then he went to check another car when we explained that we will miss the flight. His answer was: If he will not go to that lady, she will angry of him. At 8:00 another 2 guys arrived and Valentino took us to the airport. We arrived to check in desk only at 08:15. We will use again your services only if we will have a flight during the day.
