We were picking up the car at Sofia Airport. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, so we got the car later than expected. We tried to make up for this delay by returning the car a few hours later than agreed, but it was not possible.
Regarding the green card (which we needed in order to cross the Turkey border), we got it a day later than expected, due to a misunderstanding. The staff at Top Rent-a-car Plovdiv Office was really nice and diligent, and solved the issue as quick as possible.
As these are the only negative points of our experience with Top Rent-a-car, we will surely be using their services in future trips to Bulgaria.

The car was OK, but all the stickers are not fair. I don't want to be a publicity in a foreign country, and I préféré to drive and parc incognito.

This guy is so haughty, he speaks in a superior tone without any consideration of the customer, nor considering the requests. His job seems to bore him !
Unbelievable !! When i came he was receptionning a previous customer and it was difficult because perhaps, there was extra costs or whatever... As the woman was trying to explain her arguments... he didn't tahr time to listen her, and he start to recept my car without any problems...one time a talked to her in bulgarian, one time he ask me to sign here ! A complete disrespect of the customers ! I really hope that this comment will serve to improve the top rent a car image. I am sure that a lot of customers should have the same feeling.

Бих препоръчал при възможност да се вземе алтернативния автомобил от Renault, който е в същият финансов диапазон. По-добре разположени и интуитивни бутони за функциите, които автомобила има.

Very efficient and helpful service. Zhelyazko, the agent brought it to our hotel in Obzor and when I asked, he was very helpful with telling us places of interest to visit so our experience with the agent was excellent. The Car was super clean with only 5835 km on the clock. We were told that we had to give it back in the same clean condition which is fair enough. I gave an overall ‘good’ rather than ‘excellent’ rating only because car washes which are available are few and far between so we ended up having to go to one in Sunny Beach. The car interior may have been clean enough as we didn’t bring anything dirty, wet or sandy into the car. However, due to the policy of returning the car in the same clean condition, we thought best to get it cleaned just to make sure so we ended up spending a good portion of our last day driving around to find a car wash… which is not necessarily what you want to be doing whilst on holiday. Perhaps the policy could flex a bit to take the low amounts of car washes available into consideration. After all, not so easy for foreigners to locate these. Vladislav, the agent who collected the car from us was equally helpful.
