Служителите не знаят как се монтира детско столче с колан, никой не разбира логиката на фирмата столчетата да не са предварително монтирани. Предоставеното столче беше силно амортизирано и цялото в петна.

As existing customer and mostly renting for Sofia airport , Burgas employee should be learning to get near to the same standard.

Dimitar was great explaining the small letters of not having the full insurance and taking triple deposit 3000 leva , except that noting special, the car tank wasn’t full at the pick up location and scratches were all over it . Even mention to another representative at the car park he just said “ It is okay”,..
Viki , she were very professional. 10/10

The overall experience was 'OK'. Not more. Not less.
Pick up process at the office was extremely slow. It took almost an hour until our booking began to be handled by the staff, due to other customers the were processed at the time we came.
The car we booked (VW TIGUAN) had a problem at one of the AC units. Pavel suggested that we'll wait another 30 minutes for an alternative similar vehicle, but we were already exhausted from the flight and long wait and preferred to take the malfunctioned vehicle and ask for a partial refund - due to the problem. We did not get it.
To be honest? I expected more from Bulgaria's top national car rental brand.

No partial refund (even a small one) for a malfunctioned AC, in July's hot summer? Not fair, in my opinion.

It is not possible to average the ratings for two different locations.
The service in Sofia, Mladost was excellent—quick, professional, and friendly.
Kristyan answered our questions in a way that will be helpful in the future.
However, the service at the Varna city office was unacceptable. The staff were uncooperative, refused to introduce themselves, and did not allow us to leave our luggage while we picked up the car.
In summary, the service in Sofia was perfect, but in Varna, it was very poor.

Bad, very unfriendly service, especially from the main manager of the office -the guy.
No explanation of the details. Long registration.
Perfect service. Very quick, friendly, with the answers to the following questions for the future. Thanks a lot to Kristiyan!

Firstly, we were assured that the car, a Citroen C3, had a full tank of fuel. However, within 1-2 kilometers of leaving the rental facility, we noticed that the tank was not actually full. This was misleading and frustrating. We later learned upon returning the car that this is a known technical issue with Citroen C3s, yet we were not informed about this at the time of rental.
Secondly, an orange wrench indicator light turned on shortly after we started driving. After much effort, we discovered that the rear, right sidelamp was not working. We reported this issue to a staff member before leaving the rental place, but we were told there was nothing wrong with the car. This faulty sidelamp meant we couldn't use the car safely after dark, posing a significant inconvenience and safety concern.
On a positive note, the pickup and delivery process were professionally handled by the agents Hristo and Stefan, respectively. Their professionalism was appreciated amidst the issues we faced with the vehicle.

He performed very well. He could notify us about the issue of Citroen C3 concerning the fuel tank indicator.
When we returned the car and explained our concerns, Stefan was incredibly understanding and professional. He listened attentively to our complaints and acknowledged the validity of our issues, including the known technical issue with the Citroen C3's fuel gauge that we were not informed about at the time of rental. His empathy and willingness to admit that we were right made a significant difference in our experience, and we felt genuinely heard and valued as customers. Stefan’s exceptional customer service provided a much-needed positive note to an otherwise frustrating experience. We greatly appreciate his help and hope that Top Rent A Car recognizes and values his dedication to excellent customer service.

The return experience was bad. We return the car a little bit early. We followed the guidance and called before arriving but nobody was answering the call. We left the car in Top Rent A Car's parking spaces the same place and same way we picked the car up. In the morning we went to the office to leave the key. The drop-off agent Anton met us with the request to pay for parking. We thought that was very unreasonable and uncalled for. We returned the car a few hours earlier. And we did it the same way we picked the car: there was nobody there to help us get the car and there was nobody there to receive the car when we left it. We followed the instructions to the letter.
