I got charged 80 euros for cleaning the car. I never had experience like this with other companies like europa car, sixth, and other companies. It’s really shameful the guy said it’s mud in the car carpet place and on the front rear seat. When I collect the car which guy handover the keys to me he never mansion the I have to bring car very tidy. Again if I want on the parking i can clean within 2 minutes all this marks what he took the pictures. It is really disgrace. I am 200 percent sure never gonna come back to this top rent company.

Disgusting way of talking he was kept repeating the same thing. We gonna charge for late drop. I had booked before with top rent, even I always says to my family friend this company is good but from this time never gonna happen.

They gave me summer tires at the end of november. İt was raining a lot on highway and i lost control once because of the tires. Company obviously doesnt know how important it is to have winter tires for customer health. At least you have to warn that it is summer tires i could have not accept to drive like this. People die like this.

We rent from Top rent a car every year for our vacation and generally have a great experience. This year they discovered dry paint or dry gas on our rear door. They say it was a random act of violence and it falls under their category of damage. They are unable to waive the 60 admin fee for all the paperwork they will do for documenting the damage. Also our 3k deposit is now on hold until we get a quote and pay for the buffing and detail. I am not sure what changed this year but they will nickel and dime you after your return.

The car is in need of repair. The steering is not good and the battery gave only a little more than 100km per charge. This is the worst car I’ve driven in many years.

This is the worst electric car I’ve ever driven. Even the MG is better to drive! There is nothing intuitive about the Peugeot dash or system. Also the Top Rentacar slogan on the back window is exactly in the line of sight for the rear vision mirror making it a driving hazard. We booked via booking.com specifically asking for a city pickup but it turned out to be near the airport.

the pick-up takes much too long! You could collect all necessary information upfront and speed up the process easily. I returned the car 2 hours earlier than agreed and was charged 24 EUR for this! Your staff Tihomir Zdravkov is very unfriendly, could not even show me where this is written in the contract. On the voucher nothing was mentioned about such a fee.

Car was not ready when picking up. Took more than 45min. Because it was given to someone else who drove it first without re-fueling. The car punctured, after warning against tire inflation level since the beginning.

Totaly bad company. NIT RETURNED DEPOSIT... WANT CHARGE FOR SCRACESS BUT SCRACSES WAS BEFORE WE RENT CAR. WE HAVE ALL VIDEO. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE DEPOSIT FOR 620€.

On take car sad ok can return two hours more. We take car 18.00 returned 14.00. We paid for full 7 days. But they charge us pluss 2 hours.
Arogantion . Always try sad car broken but car was returned same as we take it.

If you choose their car with company stickers applied on the car everywhere you go, you have problems with parking and police stopping you.
