Manager at Varna did not show small scratches on the car
But manager in Burgas took administrative deposit for those small scratches, which i have not done for sure.

Автомобилът миришеше ужасно, при тръгваме очаквахме при проветряване да се оправи, но се наложи цял ден да търпим тази ужасна миризма.

Противоречиви и неточни изказвания от съпорта по телефон и WhatsApp относно поведението при лека щета, довели до ненужно ангажиране на пътна полиция с дълго чакане и налагане на глоба. Изпращане на грешен договор от същата поддръжка.

I’m returned the rental car two days early. They charged me a “late return fee”! They said the fee was because I returned the car after 9 pm. They advertise as a 24 hour a day rental car company. This is ridiculous!

we arrived at 11.30 pm to drop the car as agreed in the contract. Your agent was in the airport to get customers & just arrived, so I told him can you drop me to airport, he answered; I have 2 customers it will be after an hour, I said I don't want to loose my flight & his answer you can walk to airport.
it was 12 midnight I have one large bag & 2 smaller ones & I am 72 years old , I said I can't do it I don't know the area.
2ndly we met with another 2 senior citizens in your office who brought them from airport, they were very upset that they have been waiting for him for 35 minutes as told by them.

In the nearly 3 hours it took me to get my hands on a reserved car from collecting my luggage, I have had plenty of time to observe and try make any sense of the company's processes. From a customer experience point of view it is a beyond at uncomfortable, unpleasant and ineffective. This cannot yield good busines

Waiting for the shuttle to the car park to arrive, waiting for the shuttle to fill up, queuing outside a portable container in full sun, queuing inside the portable container. I kept thinking of the many KPIs that this operation could work at and at a better suited brand name, like "Stop Renting Cars"
Again, plenty of time to observe the circus that anno 26 is the company's operation. Too many families and kids exhausted from the wait in torrid weather. And the lack of care of the staff whose principal focus seems to be avoiding eye contact.
