The car was underpowered and had very low range. Had to charge daily and even with fast charger wasted more time that I planned on. Customer service was polite, but unhelpful when I called about returning the car early and then later inquiring about keeping it longer. Rental company demanded I return by 6am, even though I was charged for the full day. If I was to extend the rental beyond 6am, I had to pay a second full day rate. Considering I had paid full price for that day, it felt like a money grab and certainly not an honest way to treat your customers. Will not book from this company again and would certainly not book a low quality electric vehicle in the future. #fail

Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them. We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.

Не съм доволно от сервиса и от държание позволяват да повишават тон. Затова няма повече да ви ползвам услугите. Платих допълнителна застраховка и на караха да заплати още допълнително 60 лев за това че намериха от предишен клиент малко петно от вода който с мокри кърпички се изчиства. Това не сериозно и самата колата не беше в идеално състояние.

Случаят Ви беше предаден на отдел" "Къстомер сервиз". След направената проверка е било установено, че петната са нови и таксуването беше регламентирано от нашата страна. Ние държим на нашите клиенти и никога не бихме си позволили да таксуваме някой извън условията на договора.
Много внимателно се отнасяме към подбирането на нашия персонал, понеже комфорта и удовлетвореността на нашите клиенти играят ключовата роля в нашия успех. След проверката от отдел "Качество и контрол" получихме потвърждение, че колегата не превишаваше правата си обясняваше правилата и отговорностите спокойно и учтиво.
Съжаляваме, че имахте непредвидени разходи. Разбираме, че това никога не е приятно, но имаме стриктни условия, към които се придържаме и очакваме клиентите ни също да ги спазват.

Terrible service and high prices. Rented a 9-seater. This seemed ok at first. But we decided to take 2 days in Turkey. To cros the border we had to pay €130 for them to prepare the documents we needed. In addition, we had to pay a double deductible, which we were only informed about when we came to collect the documents.
When we arrived at the rental place, it turned out that they had managed to send the documents to an office in Burgas, instead of Sunny Beach where we rented the car.
We then had to drive to Burgas to collect these documents. After a lot of back and forth, we finally got back to the hotel with the right documents. Then we got a call from customer service that they were missing a signature and that I had to go back again for this.
When we returned again, there was no one in the office. I called customer service again and was then told that I had to come back later in the evening.
This ended with us spending a large part of the day fixing these documents.. A very bad experience.
The car was also out of adblue when we got it. I was then told to fill this myself, at the nearest petrol station.
Recommend steering clear of this rental site

In addition to this, they were also not at the office when we had to deliver the car at the airport. We even paid extra because they had to work later due to the late departure of our flight. This meant that we could not look over the car together and the deposit was withheld.

After your signal, we forwarded your complaint to the Quality and Control Department and they found that in a telephone conversation our colleagues informed you clearly and in details about all taxes and changes in the deposit in case if you cross the border with our car. Our representative at the office informed you that the documents for Cross Border will need to be taken from our office at Plaza Mall, since you applied for this service at the last moment and they will not be able to transferred them to our office in Nessebar. You agreed to all the terms both in the office and over the phone, so we are very sorry that as a result you were not satisfied and describe your experience in the reviews in a negative way. It is precisely because of such situations that we encourage our customers to place orders for travel abroad in advance, so that we prepare the necessary documents and provide them to you when You take the car. В багажника на колата бяха паднали около 10 косъма от клетката на котето и вашият служител поиска пари за допълнително почистване. Багажникът на колата не беше мръсен изобщо. С мъжа ми махнахме космите с ръка за 5 минути. Ако давате да се превозват животни в клетка то има възможност да има няколко паднали косми от клетката, което да е приемливо. В нашият случай космите бяха много малко и аз съм много, много недоволна от загубеното време. Често взимам кола от вас и всеки път я връщам в безупречно състояние. За мен тези 10 паднали косъмчета бяха част от нормалното замърсяване на колата и не трябваше да ми се прави на въпрос. Не съм никак доволна, особено като имам впредвид че предишният път вие ми дадохте кола която в средата на периода на наемане започна да свети че има нужда от подръжка и аз трябваше да загубя от моето наемно време половин ден за да отида да й сложа масло (според препоръките по телефона на вашият служител) и да я закарам до вашият офис за да ми бъде сменена. И за това аз проявих разбиране и не направих голям въпрос. Просто не мога да повярвам реакцията на вашият служител днес при положение че колата беше чиста от нормална употреба. Съжалявам много за изгубеното време и нерви и съм много, много недоволна

The car was difficult to drive. The clutch would only bite when all the way at the top and had 46k on it.
I went back to ask for another car or another C3 but was refused and said it's not possible because I have signed. I drove another C3 to compare and it was a lot better to drive but not offered it as an alternative
In the end I was told there was no alternative so I returned the car 30mins after pickup
They did not want to make me happy and kept telling me nothing is possible

She tryed to overcharge for e few existant scratches. The boss told us that was nothing and cancelled the charge. Bill was nether sent ! Now i'am overcharched 180€ !!!
