Renting with you in Varna is totally different from Sofia. I was standing waiting in line for more than 50 minutes until I was attended. Your employee made a mistake when collecting the money from the deposit of 300 euros and instead of that I was charged again on the credit card. A charge of 600 BGN appears on my credit card that I hope will be returned soon.
When returning the car, the employee in the office told me that it is not possible to return the deposit and that it will be done at 7:00 in the morning, the time at which I am no longer in Bulgaria.
Now to wait for my money, Very bad experience for a GOLD client who will soon be PLATINUM

Dear Mr. Abada,
Thank You for Your feedback.
We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes. but sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
Regarding Your security deposit we already have information that the amount has been returned to Your credit card. We apologize for the slight inconvenience and hope to see you again.
Have a nice day!

Immobilizer had bad contacts on the mountain (Ski resort). I couldn't start the car to get back to the city. Whatsapp customer service was horrible and all the could offer was youtube videos and playing with the key on the dashboard. Had to take a taxi to Bansko with the remote to get it fixed. Wasted hours that should not be wasted on a brand new car.
Unrightfully overcharged 70 euros for car cleanness upon return, The car was given back with a reasonable use cleanness level (I have photos)
Very disappointing customer service, Very.

Dear Mr. Kadosh,
Thank You for Your feedback.
When you returned the car, our colleague was expecting You in the airport. Sometimes when two or more customers return their vehicles at the same time it can take several minutes to be served. We have a 24/7 customer service line that you can call any time of the day to be connected with our representative.
We apologize for this misunderstanding. We hope that despite this issue you enjoyed your rental and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Kind regards

We waited in line around half an hour to get the car. In addition, the service man that recieved the car 08:35 this morning was irritable and impolite. It felt as if he projects his anger on costumers. Other than these two issues everything was good. In my next visit I will try to rent a car at a different company.

Dear Mr. Levy,
Thank you for taking your time on writing your review.
We know how important is for our clients to feel comfortable and to enjoy their trip therefore, it is very important for us to receive honest feedback in order to improve the quality of customer service.
We apologize that you had to wait longer than necessary to receive the car. Usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes our some of customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while and it is something we are currently improving.
We are always trying to provide the best car rental service and the professionalism of our staff is very important part of achieving our purpose that is why we will take your signal to consideration and we will conduct a detailed review of how a colleague serves customers.
We really hope that this situation did not affect your trip too negatively and we hope to see you again and provide you with the level of service that each of our customers deserves.
We hope that you will have a good day!

Some of the people from Customer care are helpful but some of them behave like this is punishment that they have to work. There were few situations I asked some question and the reposnse was like "leave me alone, I dont want to talk with you" you can check email history to get more details...

Regarding pick-up: Ms. Nia charged us more than she suposed to - I was explaining to her that her calculations are wrong but she didn't want to listen. THis was for additional driver. Difference was gave back by after review by Darina Georgieva
on 8th of NOV 2022, 10:26.
Drop-off was quite good - Mr. Hristo did the work in acceptable time frame and we didn't had any problems.

There are two things about the car you should take care of. First are the winter tires - the one that were installed are worse than bad, this are the cheapest chinese/indian tires that do not have much friction while road is wet even if its more than 10 celcius degree. The safety level given by this tires is less than bad - there are plenty of other much better tires in the same price like nexen/debica etc. Second thing are rubber car mats. This are the same like tires the cheapest car mats that do not fit to this car at all. There were few situation when it goes under the pedals and block it which in more than unacceptable. I propose to purchase not OEM if you are looking for cheap ones but dedicated for given car. There are plenty of such on the market.
