Приехали на сдачу автомобиля в 20-52 в центральный офис. Сотрудник отказался приять нас и отправил в Летище, сказал что там работает круглосуточно и будет бесплатно.
При этом после нас приехала женщина на машине, и у нее машину приняли.
В Летище нам сказали, что нас обманули, и что сдать машину будет стоить 20 евро.
Пришлось искать другую парковку чтобы сдавать машину утром ( я брал на два дня, а хотел сдать через день), утром везти машину в главный офис. В результате потрачены 4 лишних часа.

Планировали на аредованном автомобиле поездку в Стамбул , но получили отказ во въезде в Турцию. Как оказалось на арендованном нами автомобиле Российским гражданам въезд запрещён. В итоге мы зря оплатили грин карту и на границе пришлось арендовать такси за 150 евро до аэропорта Стамбула . В следствии чего моя жена чуть не опоздала на рейс.

70 Euro for cleaning the car is a complete rip off- never again!

Very good start, good car, good price, good service!
Poor understanding of customer excellence- poor communication skills, needs basic training! With employees like him you will definitely kill the company in a short time. He charged Eiro 70,- extra cost for cleaning a rental car! This is ridiculous - cleaning a rental car AFTER return us a must and needs to be considered in the rental price - charging extra means making additional money from stupid customers.

Rip off! Very good offer turned into a rip off because of extra charging of additional cost which are completely unusual!!! No explanation given, just showing the contract, and under „miscellaneous „ they are allowed to charge 70,- Euros for cleaning!!!!

При превода на пълномощното ми, името ми беше сгрешено на Антон Паяков и не искаха да пуснат да премина границата. Беше ми предложено да платя 50евра “почерпка”. Сз приех, защото алтернативата беше да се връщам, да ви представя официалния разход за гориво, да искам компенсация, но загубеното от мен време (и на жена ми и 2-те ни деца) нямаше как да ми се върне.
Поради тази причина, очаквам да бъда компенсиран като ми се върнат парите за така наречената “почерпка”.
Бях поставен от вас в крайно неприятна и изнервяща ситуация!

The wait time to pick up the car was an hour from the scheduled pickup time, but the agent insisted I return the car at the exact time of the reservation was made for.
The paper work I received was showing the fuel tank full with a request to return the car filled up. The fuel tank was showing missing 1/8, and I tool a photo of it in the airport parking lot as I was leaving.
The car was not mechanical in a good condition and I didn't feel safe driving it.
Driving in the mountain toward Bansko on a road marked for 90 km per hour, the car felt shaky and out of balance driving at 70 km per hours. Warning ight came on stating differential issues. I called customer service twice reporting the issue. Did not request the car to be changed, but told them I didn't feel safe driving it at high speed on a freeway.
Told them, that I would take it to a mechanic for service if they don't offer other solution.
First, I was told they would send a technician, then they called and said they will change the car.
I didn't drive the car for 2 days, until I received the replacement. I was very happy with the replacement car unit I returned it and was told I have to pay $130 euros for the car replacement and the fuel for bring it to me in Bansko.
I will dispute the charge with my credit card issuer and never use this rental car company ever again.
Last time I gave them 5 star. This time I am so terably disappointed 😞!

I dropped the car at the scheduled time, without a scratch and a full fuel tank, thinking I will get back my deposit. Rostislav insisted on charging me for the car replacement and extra fuel for bringing the replacement to me at Bansko.

We would like to clarify, that you filled the tank up in Dobrich, which is a 45-minute drive from Varna. Until you got to the airport, the car could not stay with a full tank. We always try to leave only pleasant impressions from our services and charging our customers at any cost is not how our company made its name through years that is why our colleague suggested You to return to the gas station near the airport and refill the tank so that you do not have to face additional costs, but unfortunately you refused and then we acted solely on the terms of the contract.

Keine Ordentliche Übergabe des KFZ und bei der Abgabe war der Mitarbeiter alleine am F z und hat Schaden festgestellt ohne uns das zu Zeigen, es war kein Schaden am Fahrzeug die Bilder die er uns gereift hat waren wahrscheinlich nicht von unserem gemieteten Auto, wir wurden einfach so abgehandelt und mein Widerspruch wurde ingnoriet , die Kaution von 616,73 wurde einbehalten und noch mehr zurück gezahlt . Für mich steht fest , nurmehr Top Rent A Car bg Bitte Vorsicht

We are already 5 years renting in your company.
We back and your service man request 300 ero because we passed for 1 hour to greec.
No body inform us that we cant .we assumded its union.
Nothing happen to the car and he inssist that we will get punish of 300 ero.
If somone woarn us i understand but no one warn us so why we need to be punished.
