חברה גרועה הרכב חזר שלם ללא כל פגיעה נכנס קצת שלג שהרטיב את המושב מאחור ועל קצת מים נאלצנו לשלם 70 יורו בושה של חברה בושה של האדם שמקבל את הרכב בחזרה

We would like to confirm that that you were not charged for the snow in the car, but for the stains you left on the back of the car. Under the terms of the agreement you signed art 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list.
We understand how frustrating it is to deal with unexpected expenses, but our firm has clear rules that we follow and we expect our clients to respect them as well.

We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
We are striving to improve our service and we have future projects to make the process faster.
Regarding the cleaning fee, we have been notified by colleagues that you returned the car with stains on the back seat. Our terms and conditions are clearly and accurately written so as not to leave any confusion or misunderstandings. As it was described in the rental agreement you signed when picking up the vehicle:
According to the terms of the contract that you signed, Art. 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list under Art. 29.
You will receive by e-mail an official statement and invoice by our company within 24 hours.

מבחינת הרכב היה בסדר אבל ההרגשה שעל הרגע הראשון מנסים לסחוט אותך! עשיתי הזמנה לשעה 12 בצהריים הודעתי להם שאני יגיע ב1:30 (כנראה הם שכחו שעדכנתי) כי היה כתוב בתנאי ההזמנה שיש להודיע.. משפט ראשון הוא אומר תראה הזמנת ל12 ועכשיו 13:30 אין לנו רכב אלא אם כן תשלם יותר...
וכשאמרתי לו שעדכנתי הוא היה נבוך.
אבל! לגבי החזרה לא מוזכר בתנאי ההשכרה בזמן ביצוע ההזמנה ולו מילה אחת על תשלום בגין החזרה בשעה מוקדמת! בקיצור עקצו אותי ב24 יורו

I Returned my car at 4:30 AM too terminal 1 There was no one Exit desk there was a sign that he will back in 10 minutes I was waiting there almost 40 minutes
There was a number I tried to call and it was calling at the desk. I rented Ford costume it’s a big car and it was very hard to return the car-4 parking at terminal 1

Very nice and kind!
As I said before I was waiting near the desk almost a 40 minute and this guy wanted to charge me because I late as he said to return the car and he was very unkind I explain to him that there was a sign at the desk that he will return in 10 minutes and I tried to call him but he didn’t talk that cell phone with him because of him and the condition I almost late to my flight

We appreciate all our customers and cannot allow ourselves to charge them for damages or other remarks of the car without a reason.
Please, bear in mind, that smoking in the rented vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Your car was investigated in your presence and there were traces of ashes in the car. Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them.
We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.

Я не посоветую в интернете среди читателей FB в Израиле - заказывать у вас в аэропорту Варны машину. Увеличение цены в 2 раза вместо 423.05 левов и требование оплаты в 450 евро- это просто воровство !
Требование общей страховки в компании( тем более ранее я заплатил общую страховку в агрегаторе booking- это наглость. Требование оплаты за царапину на 1 диске - по цене покупке новых 2 дисков в Болгарии: это воровство и наглость !
Я пошлю письмо официальное от имени моей компании в агрегатор возврата денег по страховке по цене вашего требования по ущербу. Я лично направлю запрос в мастеркард- запрет платы по аренде. И отправлю официальное письмо в полицию аэропорта варны за использование кредитной карточки моей компании в воровстве моих денег !

Hey. We rented the car from you for the first time. At the sales booth we were told to return the vehicle by 11:30 am. Our flight was at 6 in the morning and we returned the car around 04:30 in the morning. The employee was not nice. Took another 24 euros because it's night time. No one told us this while we returned the vehicle many hours ahead of schedule. Very disappointed.

Extremely slow and Ridiculously Meticulous and out of proportion for what is needed. Lack any sense of customer services. Created a huge cue to the point people just gave up and move to other companies. Took him 27 minutes ( after standing 15 minutes in the cue!) to get the papers ready!!!! CRAZY guy. He kept telling me that this is his job and this is how he needs to do it.
